大白鼠乳腺上皮细胞的体外培养与鉴定

摘要

Take rat mammary tissue during lactation and use mechanical shear combined with trypsin digestion to isolate and culture mammary epithelial cells in vitro. The mammary epithe lial cells were successfully cultured,and after immunohisto chemial identification of keratin staining,it showed a positive reaction. Observed under the microscope,it was like cobblestone;after many times of passage,cell proliferation was still growing well. It will provide a theoretical basis for future research work.%试验选取泌乳期大白鼠乳腺组织,采用机械剪切结合胰酶消化的方法,在体外进行乳腺上皮细胞原代分离培养及鉴定.结果成功培养出大鼠原代乳腺上皮细胞,经过角蛋白免疫组化鉴定染色后,呈现阳性反应.显微镜下观察,细胞呈鹅卵石样;经多次传代,细胞增殖仍然长势很好.
