可追溯系统在福建省食品安全监管中的应用研究

摘要

通过调研可追溯系统在福建食品安全监管中的应用现状，分析其进一步发展存在的各种障碍，探讨可追溯系统在福建省食品安全监管中持续发展及应用的方法如：严格立法、加大政府和企业投入、健全监管体制、多渠道建设可追溯平台及提高消费者认知度和参与度等，最终达到保障食品安全的目的。%The paper investigates current situation of traceability system applied in food safety regulation in Fujian Province,analyzes various obstacles to current further development and discusses the approaches to the sustainable development and application of traceability system of food safety regulation in Fujian Prov-ince,such as strict legislation,more investment provided by government and enterprises;improving the regulation system,building the traceability platform through various channels and raising consumers’de-grees of cognition and participation,in order to reach the goal of ensuring food safety in the end.
