基于氨基酸分类的固有无序蛋白序列特征分析

摘要

固有无序蛋白是一类缺乏稳定结构的特殊蛋白质，在生命活动中行使重要的生物学功能，与人类重大疾病密切相关。通过将混沌可视化模型及氨基酸分类应用于蛋白质序列分析中，系统研究固有无序蛋白序列的多聚体特征。结果表明，运用CGR方法可以直观分析固有无序蛋白序列相关信息，也可以定量描述相关序列特征。对固有无序蛋白二聚体氨基酸的具体研究表明，固有无序蛋白对二聚体氨基酸的使用具有明显偏好性，为今后蛋白序列多聚体特征研究提供良好的研究思路。%Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs)is a kind of proteins which lack stable structures and have important biological functions in biological activities.It is closely related to many significant human diseases.In this paper,we studied the sequence characteristics of IDPs sequence systematically using the chaos game representation model.The results show that the CGR method can display the intrinsic features of IDPs visually.Meanwhile it can also describe the sequence features of IDPs quantitatively.Further studies based on amino acids classifications show that IDPs have obvious preference in the use of the dimer acids.Therefore,this work may provide efficient tools for future research of IDPs.
