唐高祖、唐太宗、唐高宗对外政策的承续与变化--以对外战争为讨论中心

During the reign of first three generations (Tang Gaozu ,Tang Taizong) of Tang dynasty ,inheri‐tance and changes could be found in the policies and measures to deal with the issues of ethnic countries especially in war .Tang Gaozu endured to crate peace diplomacy to save national power ;Tang Taizong started to build up vassal order with goods and punishment for recovered national power ;Tang Gaozong used more military means to consolidate order with strong national power .The inheritance and changes of the firt three generations laid the foundation of consolidate order of Tang dynasty .%唐高祖、唐太宗、唐高宗三代君主在位期间，对外政策有承续亦有变化，在战争这一对外关系表现形式中体现的尤为突出。唐高祖隐忍怀柔，为积蓄国力创造稳定的外部空间；唐太宗时期国力恢复，开始出兵不守臣礼的四夷，威恩并施以树立唐朝宗主国权威；唐高宗时期国力更强，频繁征伐进一步巩固唐朝宗主国地位。三代君主对外政策的承续和变化，为树立唐朝的宗主国地位和对外关系格局奠定基础。
