固相萃取与毛细管电泳在线联用法测定尿液中的格列苯脲

摘要

利用实验室自主搭建的固相萃取与毛细管电泳在线联用装置建立了一种测定人体尿液中格列苯脲的新方法．实验条件优化后，从准确度、精密度和检测限等方面对该方法进行了评价．实验测得，在3个浓度（25μg／L ，100μg／L ，150μg／L ）水平的加标回收率为92．3％～101．9％，精密度为2．4％～4．6％（RSD ，％，n＝5），检出限为2．5μg／L（S／N＝3）．与以往报道的相关方法相比，该方法具有精密度高、检出限低、自动化程度高、分析速度快等优点．%A new method for the determination of glibenclamide in human urine has been developed on a homemade online SPE -CE -UV setup .After the suitable experimental conditions were selected ,the method was evaluated in terms of accuracy ,precision and detection limit .The obtained results for the u‐rine samples spiked with GLB at three concentrations (25 μg/L ,100μg/L ,150 μg/L) levels are 92 .3% ~101 .9% ,2 .4% ~4 .6% (RSD ,% ,n = 5) ,and 2 .5 μg/L (S/N = 3) for recovery ,precision and detec‐tion limit ,respectively .These results are slightly better than those obtained by offline SPE -HPLC-UV reported previously .
