传感器安装对电磁转矩测量的影响

             

摘要

针对电磁转矩测量系统中存在的因传感器安装角度偏差产生的弯矩对传感器测量精度引起测量误差的问题,提出了电磁转矩测量精度对传感器安装偏差角度要求的计算公式。该公式中与角度有关的因素有电机电磁转矩,测量精度和传动轴自身的几何特性,其中角度与电机产生的电磁转矩和测量精度成正比,与传动轴自身的几何特性成反比。仿真结果表明:理论计算结果与仿真结果基本相符,一定精度范围内测量精度与安装偏差角度近似为线性关系。利用该公式可得出不同精度要求下的安装偏差角度要求,为电磁转矩测量中传感器安装偏差控制提供参考。%Of the electromagnetic torque measurement system,bending moment caused by sensor's installation angle deviation influences the accuracy of sensor measurement.A calculation formula of the sensor's installation angle by electromagnetic torque measurement accuracy was proposed.The factors related to angle in the formula includes motor's electromagnetic torque,measurement accuracy and the geometric features of transmission shaft. The angle was directly proportional to motor's electromagnetic torque and the accuracy of measurement,while it 's inversely proportional to the geometric features of transmission shaft.Simulation result showed that the theo-retical calculation result was consistent with the simulation result,measurement accuracy and deviation angle of installation were approximately linear related.This formula could obtain the requested deviation angle of instal-lation in different precision requirements,and provided the reference of sensor's installation deviation control in electromagnetic torque measurement.
