胡锦涛科学人才观刍议

胡锦涛继承和发展了党的人才思想，形成了独具特色的科学人才观。科学人才观第一要义是拓宽人才内涵、创新衡量标准，核心是完善用人标准、活化用人机制，基本要求是突出入才作用、提升人才地位，根本方法是牢固树立科学人才观念，始终坚持党管人才原则。%Hu Jintao inherited and developed the CPC＇ s view on talents and formed his own outstanding scientific view on talents.
