《人民日报》对海湾战争和伊拉克战争报道的比较分析

摘要

As the Communist Party of China's official newspaper,"People's Daily" plays a unique and in-comparable role in reporting both domestic and foreign affairs. In terms of the international reports,"People's Daily" is closely related to China's foreign demands. Both the Gulf War in the early 1990s and the Iraq War in2003 exerted profound impact on the regional and world development,which also won the attention of"People's Daily". But as China had different foreign demands in separate periods of the two wars,the reports were differ-ent. Through comparative analysis on the report tendency of two wars,we can clearly see the different national interests.%作为中国共产党的机关报，《人民日报》在有关中国内外政策导向报道方面发挥着其他媒体所无法比拟的作用。就《人民日报》的涉外报道而言，其非常紧密地体现着报道时段中国国家利益的指向。1990年代初期的海湾战争和2003年的伊拉克战争均对世界和地区局势的发展产生深远影响，《人民日报》对这两场战争均进行了较为全面的报道。因为两场战争发生时中国国际处境和对外利益诉求相差很大，所以《人民日报》的报道重点也是有明显不同。通过对比分析《人民日报》对两场战争的报道倾向，可以清晰地看到各个时期中国国家利益的不同诉求。
