从陪审法庭的变革看公元前4世纪雅典民主制的发展

In the fourth-century B.C.,Athenian Jury Courts,owing to their power of reviewing legislation,enhanced their politic status in Athenian democracy and reinforced their law supervision on democracy;their public arbitrators not only settled the civil disputes flexibly and conveniently but also reduced the finance expenditure of the polis;the changes of election and ballot of the jurors ensured the fairness and justness of operational procedure of democracy with techniques,effectively preventing corruptions.These changes enabled the Athenian democracy to develop steadily during the fourth-century B.C..%公元前4世纪,雅典的陪审法庭享有一定的立法审查权,在民主制中的政治地位得到了提高,法律对民主的监督作用也相应增强;设立了公共仲裁人,以灵活而便捷的方式及时化解民间的矛盾纠纷,并相应减少城邦的财政支出;改革了陪审员的选举和投票方式,从技术的层面保证民主制的运行程序的公平和公正,有效防止腐败的发生。这些变革措施使得雅典的民主制在公元前4世纪得以稳步发展。
