日本的中亚政治经济战略研究

摘要

With the trade freedom and the economy globalization together with the worsening of energy crises in recent years, the importance of Mid Asia has becoming outstanding in world politics and economy making it the hot point of the world with its oil resources and unique territory advantages, and many countries have put forward their strategies with Mid-Asia. Japan’s Mid –Asia strategy has been upgrading after 20 years of building up the communication with China with outstanding achievements either in politics and economy. This paper makes an overall summary and conclusion og Japan’s Mid-Asia strategy with its advantages and disadvantages to evoke China’s“One Thread and One Road Strategy”.%近年，伴随贸易自由化和经济全球化的推进及能源安全问题的升级，中亚于世界政治经济地位的重要性日益凸显。中亚丰富的油气资源及独特的地缘优势使其成为了全球关注的焦点，各国纷纷出台了诸多中亚政治经济战略。日本与中亚五国建交二十多年来，日本的中亚战略不断升级转变，无论是在政治方面还是经济方面，其成果都比较显著。本文旨在全面总结归纳日本的中亚战略，总结其经验教训并汲取其可取之处，探究其对中国“一带一路”框架下的中亚战略的启示。
