文章梳理了大学与产业集群的协同发展的跟随时期、伴生时期和引领时期，分析大学与产业集群协同发展的现实状况，提出当前存在的管理体制不完善，大学知识创新链和产业链衔接不紧密，运行机制不健全等三方面问题。而持续推动大学与产业集群协同发展的对策在于强化协同理念，即全面促进跨边界创新组织向协同合作转变；深度推进产教融合，围绕主导型产业集群打造“学科—专业—产业链”，促进产业人才需求与大学特色发展的双向互动；创新体制机制，促进创新要素集聚和效益最大化，实现知识创新—技术创新—产品创新的良性循环。%T he paper review s the coordinate development betw een universities and industry clusters during the following period ,the companying period and the guiding period .After analyzing the practical condition of the coordinate development between universities and industry clusters ,the paper finds that the current management system is imperfect ,the connection between innovation chain and industry chain of knowledge in colleges and universities is not close ,and the operation mechanism is insufficient .However ,the countermeasures should be taken ,such as to maintain the coordinate development between universities and industry clusters ,to strengthen the concept of coordination ,to entirely convert the cross‐border innovation organization into coordinate cooper‐ation ,to integrate the combination of production and teaching in depth ,to build the chain of subjects‐majors‐industry based on the dominant industry clusters ,to promote the mutual interactions between the demand for industrial talents and characteristic development of universities , to innovate the system and mechanism , to maximize the collection of innovation elements and benefits ,and to realize a virtuous cycle of know ledge innova‐tion‐technology innovation‐production innovation .
