黄麻纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能

         

摘要

The preparation of the jute/epoxy composite plate and the effect of the fiber content and length on the tensile strength, tensile modulus, bending strength and modulus were investigated. The tensile fracture morphology of the composites was observed by SEM. The tensile and bending properties are improved comparing with pure epoxy after jute fibers added, while the impact strength is lower. The increase in fiber content makes the tensile and bending strength of composite materials ascend following descend. The tensile strength reaches the highest when fiber content is 20% and the fiber length is 10 mm. The bending strength reaches the highest when the fiber content is 30 % and the fiber length is 10 mm. The increase in fiber content and length is beneficial for the improvement of the modulus.%探讨了黄麻/环氧树脂复合材料板的制作方法,并对不同质量分数与长度的黄麻纤维增强的板材进行了拉伸及弯曲性能测试,采用扫描电镜观察了拉伸断面的微观形貌.讨论了纤维质量分数与长度对复合材料拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度和弯曲模量的影响.实验结果表明,加入黄麻纤维有利于提升环氧树脂的拉伸和弯曲,纤维质量分数与长度对复合材料力学性能有明显的影响,复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度随纤维质量分数的增大先增大后减小,拉伸强度在纤维质量分数为20%、纤维长度为10 mm时达到最高,弯曲强度在纤维质量分数为30%、纤维长度为10 mm时达到最高,且纤维质量分数与长度的增大有利于材料模量的提升.
