对位酯系暂水溶性聚合单体的合成

             

摘要

A new temporary water-soluble polymerizable monomer of para-ester series was prepared using p-aminophenyl-β-sulfatoethylsulfone (para-ester) and 3-chloropropene as raw materials through N-alkylation reaction, which could be used to prepare temporary water-soluble polymer taken off sulfonic esters.The influence of solvent, deacid reagent, pH, molar ratio of raw material, reaction temperature, reaction time on N-alkylation rate of para-ester and product solubility in water were studied.The structures of raw materials and product were characterized by FT-IR, HPLC-MS and IC.The content of Cl-in water was measured by Mohr method and IC to calculate N-alkylation rate of para-ester.The results showed that N-alkylation rate of para-ester could reach to 98.40% and the product had good water solubility when using water as solvent, sodium carbonate as an acid binding agent, 3-chloropropene and para-ester in proportion of 2∶1, the reaction temperature of 60 ℃, pH of 7, the reaction time of 8 h.The results of infrared spectra, MS spectra and IC spectra showed that the product structure was consistent with the expected results and the product had good water solubility.%以对(β-硫酸酯乙基砜)苯胺和3-氯丙烯为原料,通过N-烷化反应制备了一种新型可制成脱磺酸型暂水溶性树脂的对位酯系暂水溶性聚合单体.研究了反应溶剂、缚酸剂、pH、原料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对原料对位酯N-烷化程度及产品水溶性的影响.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、液相-质谱联用技术、离子色谱仪对原料和产物进行结构表征,通过莫尔法和离子色谱法测定水中氯离子的含量,计算出对位酯的N-烷化率.结果表明,以水为溶剂,以碳酸钠为缚酸剂,对位酯和3-氯丙烯的摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度60 ℃,反应体系pH 7,反应时间8 h,对位酯的N-烷化率达到98.40%,所得产品水溶性良好.红外谱图、质谱图以及离子色谱图表明产物结构与预期一致,并且有良好的水溶性.
