ZnS nanocrystals (NCs) with different Mn2+ doping are prepared through a hydrothermal method (200°C).The size of NCs is found to be 10-16 nm with cubic sphalerite structure.Emission peaks of Mn-doped ZnS NCs are red-shifted with the increase of Mn concentration.The PL luminescence of 10% Mn-doped sample is the best.The photoluminescence behavior is discussed and crystal field is calculated.The white emission is observed in 10% Mn-doped sample, indicating its potential application value in the white LED and full color phosphor.%研究了水热法(200°C)制备的不同浓度Mn掺杂ZnS纳米晶体发光特性.所合成样品为10~16 nm的立方相纤锌矿结构,随着Mn掺杂浓度的增加,PL光谱峰值产生了红移.在摩尔比为10 % Mn掺杂时PL发光最强.讨论了样品的发光机理,计算了晶体场强度,同时观察到摩尔比为10 % Mn掺杂样品发出白光,说明其在白光LED及全色荧光粉中具有潜在的应用价值.
