新型锻造钩舌复杂曲面误差分析与调整方法

         

摘要

According to error analysis of the actual measurement data of the curved surface, a three-dimensional model of the forged coupler knuckle is modified and adjusted by modifying and optimizing the curved surface based on CATIA v5 software. The physical dimensions of the up-down traction, the impact curved surface and the lug of the guard pin are all modified in response to the drawing, tri-state and template detection, and the locating accuracy of the pinhole is increased in technological operation. Further in the actual NC manufacture , the validity of the regulation method shows that all the sample inspection satisfies the detection requirements using the modified three-dimensional model of the forged coupler knuckle.%在对锻造钩舌曲面实测数据进行误差分析的基础上,基于CATIA v5软件,通过运用曲面修改及优化技术对设计三维模型进行调整及修改,以图纸、三态检测和样板检测为依据,调整修改钩舌上下牵引、冲击曲面,护销突缘等部分的结构几何尺寸,同时工艺上提高了钩舌销孔的定位精度.采用修改后的钩舌三维模型进行实际数控加工,经检测试件全部符合检测要求,证明了该调整方法的有效性.
