The purpose of the notification is to combine the panel with a spoon -clutch pen and spoon -clutch pen. The way is characterized by this,that it was based on a combination of a foreign pen so shaped as a spoon -clutch pen (3) with a shape and action resembling a double spoon for shoes,which, by means of rotary motion on the head of the panel (1) and rotary motion of the head of the panel (1) on the right side of the pen, joins the panels entirely in the floor field,walls,facades or elevations or other flat surfaces,compensatory and floating,tensioned transversely and offshore in its finished whole, however, disassembly and undressing only in the opposite direction of its composition.
