探索有效研训方式 提高幼儿教师教育能力

摘要

2001年《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》的颁布，不论是对教师的教育理念还是教学行为都提出了新的挑战，幼儿园新课程的实施，对幼儿教师的专业素质与能力也提出了更高的要求。有效的研训工作是推进幼儿教师能力发展与提高的重要途径。%The promulgation of "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (for Trial Implementation)" in 2001 threw out a challenge for teachers' opinions and behaviors. The implementation of the new curriculum has proposed higher requirements for kindergarten teachers' professional quality and ability. Effective research and training are the important approaches to promote teachers development.
