城市农民工思想政治工作存在的问题和成因分析--以昆明市和大理市为例

摘要

The problem of the migrate workers is the highlight of the government work agenda. The local governments have also made lots of efforts. However, there are still plenty of problems and difficulties. According to the survey, this article analyzes the difficulties and problems of ideological and political work of the migrant workers in political consciousness, organization, method, subjectivities and environment. And this article also explains the deep reasons of these problems and difficulties on the level of the nation as a whole, society and groups.%　　国家高度重视农民工问题，各级地方政府也积极开展了一些工作，但农民工思想政治工作还存在诸多困难和问题。文章结合调查研究的情况，分析农民工思想政治工作在思想认识、工作队伍、工作主体、工作内容、工作方法、工作环境等方面存在的突出问题和困难；从国家层面、社会层面、群体层面分析农民工思想政治工作存在困难和问题的深层次原因。
