Cu掺杂的AglnS2的制备及其可见光催化活性的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of Cu on the visible light photocatalytic activity of AglnS2.Methods:Cu-AglnS2with different Cu and In ratios were prepared via a low temperature liquid phase method. X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), Scan electron microscope(SEM), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS),and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)were used to characterize the obtained products. Rhodamine B(RhB)was selected as the model contaminant,and the effects of different ratios of Cu on the visible light photocatalytic activities of AglnS2were explored.Results:The visible light photocatalytic activity of AglnS2was enhanced when appropriate amount of Cu was introduced into AglnS2.The optimum ratio of Cu2+and In3+is 11:6.With this ratio,Cu-AglnS2could degrade 82% of RhB after being exposed in visible light for 90 minutes. Conclusion: The visible light photocatalytic activity of AgInS2can be improved effectively by the introduction of Cu into AgInS2.%目的:研究铜(Cu)的引入对AglnS2的可见光催化活性的影响.方法:采用低温液相法制备了AglnS2,在制备的AglnS2中引入金属元素Cu得到不同Cu2+:In3+比例的Cu-AglnS2,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射谱(UV-Vis DRS)和荧光光谱(PL)对产物进行了表征,以罗丹明B(RhB)为模型污染物,考察样品的可见光催化降解活性.结果:Cu2+:In3+=11:6为最佳配比,在此配比下,Cu-AglnS2在可见光照射90 min时,对RhB的降解效率可达82%.结论:Cu引入到AgInS2中,能有效提高AgInS2的可见光催化活性.
