美洲大蠊醇提物对小鼠免疫调节功能影响及抗疲劳作用的研究

摘要

目的:观察美洲大蠊醇提物对抗疲劳及免疫功能的影响.方法:随机将小鼠分为5组,阳性对照组,空白对照组和美洲大蠊醇提物低、中、高剂量组,测定小鼠力竭游泳时间,游泳3 h后血中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,缺氧环境下存活时长,脏器指数,碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α.结果:给药组与空白对照组比较,存活时间和游泳时间延长,血液LDH活性升高,脏器指数增加,K及α两项数据均有所提高;与阳性对照组比较,高剂量组明显延长小鼠存活时间,高剂量组和中剂量组,显著增加力竭游泳时间,高剂量组小鼠血液LDH活性显著升高;高剂量组K及α都显著提高.结论:美洲大蠊醇提物具有提升免疫功能、增强抗疲劳的作用.%Objective: To observe the effects of Periplaneta americana on immune function and anti-fatigue. Methods: Mice were divided into 5 groups randomly,which were positive control group,blank control group and Periplaneta americana low,medium and high dose groups, the exhaustive swimming time, the activity of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)in the blood after swimming 3 h, the survival time under normal pressure accompanying with anoxic conditions,the viscera index,the carbon clearance index(K)and the immune organ quality index(α)were measured.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the dose group had found that the survival time and the swimming time prolonged, the LDH activity of blood increased, the viscera index increased, the K and α both improved. Compared with the positive control group, the high dose group significantly prolonged the survival time of mice, the high dose group and middle dose group significantly increased the exhaustive swimming time,the blood LDH activity of the high dose group increased significantly,the K and α of high dose group had improved significantly.Conclusion:Periplaneta americana has the effects of enhancing immunity and resisting fatigue.
