老年重症急性胆管炎外科治疗 45例临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨老年重症急性胆管炎 (ACST)的临床特点及外科治疗。方法：结合老年人的病理生理特点与 ACST的关系，对 45例患者进行临床分析。结果：外科手术治疗 36例，治愈 30例，死亡 6例。非手术 9例，死亡 7例，好转 2例。结论：认为对老年 ACST的治疗应在积极抗休克、抗感染的同时；尽早手术减压，重视并存病的治疗，加强围手术期的处理，以提高救治效果、降低死亡率。%Objective： To explone the Clinical Character and Surgery t reatment of grave acute Cholangitis in senile patients.Methods： To analyse 45 cases of grave acute Cholangitis of old patients Combining their patheological and physiological Character.Results： 36 Cases of these patients received operation and 30 Cases were Cured,6 Cases died,While 9 cases didn’ t receive operation and 7 cases died, 2 cases improved.Conclusion： grave acute Cholangitis of senile patients should be performed operation as early as possible and should pay attention to treat the Complicates meannhile anti shock and anti infection,enforcing the treantment of perioperation so as to inprove the effects of treatment and reduce the mortal rate.
