新常态背景下成人高等教育机构的发展任务与策略研究

摘要

经济新常态联动引发了社会各方面的新常态。在新常态背景下，成人高等教育机构要继续面临转型与创新两大任务，为此，成人高等教育要坚持不断更新成人高等教育机构的发展理念，改革与完善成人高等教育机构的管理体制，优化与丰富成人高等教育机构的课程内容，改进与革新成人高等教育机构的教育手段。%The economical new normal has triggered new normal on all aspects of the society . On the context of the new normal ,adult higher education institutions should continue to face two tasks:the transition and the innovation .Therefore ,adult higher education should adhere to rene‐wing the idea of the development of adult higher education institutions ,reforming and improving the management system of adult higher education institutions ,optimizing and enriching the adult higher education institutions course content ,and improving and reforming the education means of adult higher education institutions .
