180W绿激光经尿道前列腺选择性光汽化术治疗前列腺增生的疗效及安全性研究

摘要

目的 探讨180 W绿激光经尿道前列腺选择性光汽化术治疗前列腺增生的疗效和安全性. 方法 回顾性分析2016年12月至2017年10月于我院接受180 W绿激光经尿道前列腺选择性光汽化术治疗的前列腺增生患者105例的临床资料.患者年龄58～91岁,平均(71?3 ± 4?6 )岁.随访时间3～12个月,平均(6?9 ± 2?4)个月.记录围手术期相关数据,并发症以及术后排尿情况. 结果 105例手术均顺利完成,未发生严重并发症.手术时间32～116 min ,平均(56?8 ± 11?3)min .术中失血量5～70 mL ,平均(9?8 ± 3?4 )mL .术后尿管留置时间为2～6 d ,平均(2?1 ± 0?8)d.手术前后血清血红蛋白及血钠对比无明显差异(P＞0?05).患者术后IPSS 、QOL 、PVR及Qmax较术前明显改善(P＜0?05) . 结论 180 W绿激光经尿道前列腺选择性光汽化术治疗前列腺增生具有创伤小、失血量少、术后恢复快、患者耐受性好和疗效可靠等特点,尤其适用于高龄、高危前列腺增生患者.%Objective To expLore the efficacy and safety of 180 W photoseLective vaporization of prostate (PVP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperpLasia . ConcLusions T ransurethraL resection of 180 W photoseLective vaporization of the prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperpLasia has superiority of smaLL trauma ,Less bLood Loss ,fast post‐operative recovery ,better toLerance and reLiabLe curative effect in patients ,and is especiaLLy suitabLe for oLder age ,high risk patients with hyperpLasia of prostate .
