高频超声结合经直肠超声在肛周脓肿和肛瘘中的诊断价值

摘要

目的 探讨高频超声结合经直肠超声诊断肛周脓肿和肛瘘的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2014年5月至2016年5月本院收治的32例肛周脓肿及94例肛瘘患者临床病例资料.所有患者于术前均行高频超声结合经直肠超声检查,并将检查结果与术后诊断进行比较.结果 术后诊断单发肛周脓肿22例、多发肛周脓肿10例、单纯性肛瘘60例及复杂性肛瘘34例,诊断符合率分别为97.62％、93.65％、88.89％及92.86％.结论 高频超声结合经直肠超声检查对于肛周脓肿和肛瘘明的诊断符合率均较高,具有良好的临床参考价值.%Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula.Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of perianal abscess and 96 cases of anal fistula treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent high frequency ultrasound combined with transrectal ultrasonography before operation,and the results were compared with the postoperative diagnosis.Results There were 22 cases of single perianal abscess,10 cases of multiple perianal abscess,60 cases of simple anal fistula and 34 cases of complex anal fistula,and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 97.62％,93.65％,88.89％ and 92.86％ respectively.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography combined with transrectal ultrasonography has a high diagnostic accuracy for perianal abscess and anal fistula,which has good clinical reference value.
