高校班级学生心理委员队伍的调查与思考--以重庆市四所高校为例*

摘要

对重庆四所高校各班级心理委员的190份问卷调查显示，现行的班级心理委员工作定位不明确，选拔程序不规范，专业培训不足。因此，对班级心理委员应明确职责，科学选拔，加大培训，加强考核，为他们创设各种相互交流学习的机会和平台。%Aquestionnairesurveyof190class levelpsychologicalcommissionersfrom4universitiesin Chongqingrevealsthatcurrentlythereexistproblemssuchasundefinedpositioning,non standard selectionprocedureandinadequateprofessionaltraining.Tosolvetheproblems,collegesanduniver-sitiesshouldclarifytheresponsibilitiesofpsychologicalcommissioners,scientificallyandeffectively select,trainandevaluatethemandcreateopportunitiesandplatformsforthemtoexchangethoughts andexperiences.
