试论学生处分后的补救机制--基于部分“985”高校学生违纪处分相关条款的分析

摘要

《普通高等学校学生管理规定》指出，对学生的处分材料，学校应当真实完整地归入学校文书档案和本人档案，学生一旦受到处分，其带来的负面影响将是伴随学生终身，永远无法消除。本文列举部分“985”高校带有学生处分后补救性质的具体条款，探索学生受处分后的补救机制，减轻处分带给学生的消极影响。%The Regulations of Management in Regular Institutions of Higher Education stipulates that authentic materials concerning a student's punishment must be included complete in both the adminis-trative archives of the university and the guilty student's personal files.It follows that once a student is punished,the negative effects shall be permanent,never to be erased.This paper enumerates the specific clauses used by some “Project 985”universities that are of remedial nature and discusses how to reduce the negative effects of punishment on the guilty students through post punishment remedial mechanisms.
