从博士学位论文看高校辅导员博士生培养

     

摘要

本文以2010-2015年辅导员专项博士学位论文作为研究对象,从研究方向、研究主题、研究方法等方面进行统计分析。辅导员博士研究方向与学生工作结合紧密,存在基础研究薄弱、研究问题多样化、存在偏离思想政治教育研究方向、研究方法以定性研究为主、定量研究不足等问题。为提高我国辅导员博士生培养质量,应进一步完善教育部相关政策,依托培养单位学科优势,组建高水平博士生导师团队,提高博士生的学术专注度。%This paper presents a statistical analysis of the special doctoral dissertations written by col-lege advisors between 2010 and 2015 from the aspects of research direction,subject and method.As doctoral candidates,college advisors mostly focus on concrete student affairs in their research with lit-tle attention paid to the fundamental questions.Their dissertations cover a variety of subjects,some of which stray from the direction of ideological and political education.They mainly do qualitative study rather than quantitative study.To raise the quality of the doctoral programs for college advisors,the Ministry of Education must further improve the relative policies,and the educating unit must bring its disciplinary advantage into full play with a highly qualified team of doctoral tutors who can help the candidates become more academically focused.
