彩色多普勒血流显像联合血清CA125对卵巢恶性肿瘤早期诊断的研究进展

摘要

Ovarian malignant tumor is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumors with high malignancy in clinic. With the development of medical technology,new progress has been made in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Most scholars think that women with high-risk factor should be given some methods including inquiring case history,pelvioscopy,ultrasonography and determination of tumor markers at regular intervals ,which could improve the diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer.This article reviews the progress in early diagnosis of ovarian cancer with CDFI and tumor marker.%卵巢恶性肿瘤是临床常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,且大部分恶性程度都很高.随着医学技术发展,卵巢癌早期诊断有了新的进展,对高危人群定期进行病史询问、妇科检查、CDFI、肿瘤标志物测定等可以使卵巢癌的早期诊断率提高.本文对CDFI(彩色多普勒超声检查)联合肿瘤标志物对卵巢癌早期诊断的研究进展进行综述和讨论.
