超声检查乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的应用现状与进展

摘要

The purpose of our article is to review the current status of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of axilla lymph nodes in breast cancer.This article provides a brief introduction about different ultrasound techniques, including axilla ultrasonography, multiparameter predicting approach and contrast-enhanced ultrasound as well as ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy.Ulrasonography is a reliable method for the detection of axilla lymph nodes with advantages of non— invasiveness, lack of radiation, safety and effectiveness and convenience.%目前,超声在乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结中的应用包括腋窝超声成像、超声多参数评估、超声造影及超声引导活检等技术.超声诊断转移性腋窝淋巴结具有一定的敏感性和特异性,并具有无创、无辐射、安全有效、简单易行等优势,被认为是检查腋窝淋巴结较可靠的方法.本文就超声在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结中的应用现状与进展做一综述.
