基于PBL病例的布鲁姆-特内提问模式教学在超声专业型研究生培养中的应用

摘要

基于问题式学习教学法是以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以小组讨论为形式,以教师为导向的教学方法.布鲁姆-特内教学提问模式是由美国教育家特内根据心理学家布鲁姆教学目标分类学认知领域基本思想而创立的学习提问方式.本文将二者结合起来,将教改前、后学生上机操作赋分考核进行比较分析,旨在探索超声专业型研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨后的教学方法,进一步加强专业学位研究生实践技能与临床思维的能力的培养.%Problem based learning teaching method is a problem-based,student-centered,teacher-oriented and group discussion teaching method.Broome-Turney questioning mode is created by American educator Turney according to the basic idea of cognitive domain in taxonomy of educational objectives by the psychologist Broome.This paper combines the two,conducts a comparative analysis on the score assessment of computer operation before and after the reform,aims to explore the teaching method after the combination of the professional postgraduate training and the standardized for residents,and to further strengthen practical skills and clinical thinking ability of professional postgraduate.
