关节镜在青少年膝关节结核诊治中的应用

摘要

[Objective] To explore the short term efficacy of arthroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent tuberculosis of knees. [Methods] Twenty six adolescent patients with tuberculosis of knees underwent synovectomy and joint debridment under arthroscopy in our hospital from Jan. 2003 to Jan. 2010. After operation, all patients received systematic antituberculosis therapy and nutrition support. [Results] All 26 cases were confirmed by pathology. The patients were followed up for 6 months to a year. All symptoms of knee joints disappeared. The average Lysholm scores were 82. Curative effect was satisfactory. [Conclusion]The short-term efficacy of arthroscopy in the management of adolescent tuberculosis of the knees is satisfactory.%[目的]探讨关节镜在青少年结核诊断和治疗中的作用及近期疗效.[方法]对本院2003年1月至2010年1月期间住院治疗的26例青少年(12～18岁)膝关节结核患者行关节镜下滑膜切除关节清理手术,术后配合全身抗结核治疗和营养支持,观察其临床疗效.[结果]26例均经病理检查确诊.随访6个月至1年,所有患者膝关节症状基本消失,功能良好,Lysholm评分平均得分为82分,疗效满意.[结论]关节镜在处理青少年膝关节结核时近期疗效满意.
