[Objective]To explore the causes and treatment measures of the faults on the therapy for acute severe cholangitis(ACST). [Methods] The clinical data of 32 cases of ACST which existed the faults on therapy from August 2003 to May 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] There were 7 cases with the delayed drainage opportunity, 23 cases with the mistake of drainage and 2 cases with careless postoperative management. After the active treatment, 24 cases were cured and 8 cases died. [Conclusion] According to the condition, choosing the rational method to promptly deal the biliary obstruction and perform the drainage is very important for the treatment of ACST. Postoperative management also should be paid attention.%[目的]探讨急性重症胆管炎(ACST)的治疗上的失误及处理对策.[方法]回顾分析2003年8月至2010年5月治疗上存在失误的32例ACST患者的临床资料.[结果]本组7例延误引流治疗时机,23例引流方式失误,2例术后管理存在疏漏,经积极处理后,24例痊愈,8例死亡.[结论]ACST治疗应根据情况选择合理方法及时解除胆道梗阻并引流,亦应注意术后管理.
