[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of external fixation device combined with limited internal fixation for the early treatment of complex floating knee injury. [Methods] Twenty seven cases of complex floating knee injury were treated by AO external fixation device combined with limited internal fixation including screw, Kirschner wire and steel wire. [Results] All 27 cases were followed up for an average time of 18 months(8～30 months). The time of fracture healing of tibia and femur was 16 weeks(12～20 weeks) and 20 weeks(16～22 weeks). According the function score of Karlstron and Olerud for ipsolateral femur and tibia fracture, 14 patients were excellent, 8 good, 3 fair and 2 bad. The excellent and good rate was 81.5％. [Conclusion] External fixation device combined with limited internal fixation for the early treatment of complex floating knee injuries is a good method.%[目的]探讨外固定器结合有限内固定早期治疗复杂性浮膝损伤的临床疗效.[方法]采用AO外固定架结合螺钉,克氏针,钢丝等有限内固定早期治疗复杂性浮膝损伤27例.[结果]27例病例全部获得随访,随访时间为18(8～30)个月,骨折愈合时间:胫骨16(12～20)周,股骨20(16～22)周.肢体功能情况参照Karlstron和Olerud对同侧股骨和胫骨骨折的分级标准进行评价:优14例,良8例,中3例,差2例,优良率为81.5%.[结论]外固定器结合有限内固定是早期治疗复杂性浮膝损伤的较好方法.
