沈阳地区老年慢性咳嗽患者特异性生活质量问卷评分调查

摘要

[Objective] To investigate the specific life quality of elderly patients with chronic cough(CC) in Shenyang.[Methods] A total of 41 elderly patients with CC diagnosed in respiratory department of our hospital were chosen as observation group.The selected subjects lived in Shenyang for over 5 years.All patients received the assessment by using Leicesterhire cough life quality questionnaires(LCQ) before treatment.The results were compared between observation group and control group (n =55,middle and young patients).[Results]The scores of every item and domain of LCQ and total LCQ score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05),and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).[Conclusion]The specific life quality of elderly patients with chronic cough is obviously worse than the middle and young patients with chronic cough.%[目的]调查沈阳地区老年慢性咳嗽(CC)患者特异性生活质量.[方法]选择本院呼吸内科就诊老年CC患者41例(观察组),入选对象均在沈阳地区生活5年以上,均在治疗前接受“莱斯特咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷”(LCQ)评估,并与55例同期就诊中、青年同病患者(对照组)测试结果比较.[结果]观察组LCQ问卷条目评分、领域评分及LCQ总分均显著低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]老年CC患者特异性生活质量明显差于中青年同病患者.
