【目的】探讨轻度阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者连线试验（TM T ）所涉及的神经功能脑区。【方法】选择轻度 AD 患者43例，进行 TM T ：A（TM T‐A）和 B 测试（TM T‐B），根据 TM T‐B ∶ A 比值分为两组，TM T‐B ∶A ≥3患者22例（高分组）和 TM T‐B ∶ A ＜3患者21例（低分组）。比较两组年龄、教育程度、简易精神状态（MMSE）评分、长谷川痴呆量表修订版（HDS）评分、阿尔茨海默病评定量表认知部分（ADAS‐cog）评分、脑单光子发射计算机断层成像（SPECT ）结果等。【结果】高分组和低分组在年龄、教育程度、MMSE 评分、HDS 评分、ADAS‐cog 评分及 TM T‐B 比较均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；高分组的 TM T‐A 明显低于低分组，而TM T‐B ∶ A 均明显高于低分组（ P ＜0．05）。 SPM 分析显示高分组在双侧前额叶内侧、前扣带回、及上顶叶后部局部脑血流量（rCBF）较低分组显著下降（ t ＝2．420803，P ＜0．01，未纠正）。 【结论】在轻度 AD 患者中TM T‐B ∶ A 值高者 TM T 神经心理功能相对应的脑区与双侧前额叶内侧、前扣带回血流灌注量下降。%Objective] To identify the brain regional perfusion patterns associated with performance on Trail Making Test (TM T ) in patients with mild Alzheimer's disease(AD) .[Methods]22 patients with high TM T scores (TM T‐B ∶ A ≥ 3) and 21 patients with low TM T scores(TM T‐B ∶ A < 3) were selected .All 43 subjects underwent brain single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT ) ,and the SPECT images were analyzed by statistical parametric mapping (SPM ) .[Results]No significant differences between high‐ and low‐scoring groups were found with respect to years of education ,MMSE scores ,HDS scores ,ADAS‐cog scores , and scores on TM T‐B .There are significant differences between high‐ and low‐scoring groups in scores on TM T‐A( P < 0 .05)and scores of TM T‐B ∶ A ( P < 0 .01) .Compared to patients with high scores on TM T , patients with low scores showed significant hypoperfusion in the bilateral anterior cingulate ,medial prefrontal lobe and posterior parietal lobe .[Conclusion]Our results suggest that functional activity of the bilateral anteri ‐or cingulate and medial prefrontal lobe is closely related to performance on ratio of TM T ‐B ∶ A .The perform‐ance ratio of TM T‐B ∶ A might be a promising index of dysfunction of the bilateral anterior cingulate and medi‐al prefrontal lobe among patients with mild AD .
