腹直肌外悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂60例的疗效观察

[目的]探讨腹直肌外悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂患者疗效.[方法]收集2013年1月至2017年3月本院妇科诊治的Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ度子宫脱垂患者60例,均行脱垂子宫腹直肌外悬吊术治疗.记录围术期指标、疗效,并统计术后复发率.[结果]60例患者的手术时间为(57.86 ± 23.42)d,术中出血量(80.79 ± 28.82)mL,术后排气时间(23.22 ± 4.10)h,术后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)评分(4.86 ± 1.42)分,住院天数(6.18 ± 1.39)d.此外,未见盆腹腔脏器损伤、膀胱损伤发生.随访发现60例患者中,57例治愈,治愈率达95.00%,仅2例复发,复发率为3.33%.[结论]脱垂子宫腹直肌外悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂患者疗效显著,且安全性高,复发率低.%[Objective]To investigate the curative effect of treatment of uterine prolapse by external sus-pension of rectus abdominis.[Methods]From January 2013 to March 2017,60 cases of Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degree pro-lapse of uterus were selected and treated by external suspension of rectus abdominis.The index,curative effect and recurrence rate were recorded.[Results]Of 60 patients,the operative time was 57.86 ± 23.42 days,the in-traoperative bleeding was 80.79 ± 28.82 mL,the postoperative exhaust time was 23.22 ± 4.10 min /h,the visual analogue pain score was 4.86 ± 1.42,and the hospital stay was 6.18 ± 1.39 days.In addition,there was no pelvic and abdominal organ injury and bladder injury.57 cases were cured in 60 cases,the cure rate was 95.00 and only 2 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 3.33%.[Conclusion]The treatment of uterine pro-lapse by external suspension of rectus abdominis muscle is effective,high safety and low recurrence rate.
