PHA皮试阴性免疫治疗对初治涂阳肺结核预后的影响

摘要

Objective To approach The influence on prognosis of treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis treated by the immunotherapy of negative PHA-skin test.Methods According to the results of PHA-skin test, smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into positive group and negative( weakly positive) group, which was divided into observation group and control group.Obserration group was treated by immunotherapy of thymic peptide till the PHA-skin test becoming positive basing on control group.Results The time of smear positive changing into smear negative and the time of focus of infection absorbod in observation group were both shorter than in control group.There were more positive PHA-skin tests, higer sputum negative conversion rate and higer improvement rate focus of infection absorbed treated by immunotherapy of thymic peptide in negative group.Conclusion PHA-skin test could do directive function of deciding to treat prognosis of treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis by immunotherapy to a certian extent.%目的 探讨PHA皮试阴性免疫治疗对初治涂阳肺结核预后的影响.方法 根据PHA皮试结果,将初治涂阳肺结核分为阳性组与阴性(弱阳性)组,将阴性(弱阳性)组设为观察组、对照组,观察组在对照组的基础上加用胸腺肽免疫支持治疗至PHA皮试呈阳性后停用.结果 观察组痰菌阴转时间、病灶吸收时间明显短于对照组,同时PHA皮试阴性组在加胸腺肽治疗后随着PHA皮试转阳的增多,痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收好转率逐渐升高.结论 PHA皮试对初治涂阳肺结核是否要免疫支持治疗有一定的指导作用.
