普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入治疗AECOPD的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhalation of pulmicort respules, combivent and ambroxol hydrochloride on AECOPD.Methods 112 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with comprehensive therapy.Treatment group were assisted with inhalation of pulmieort respules,combivent and ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical effect were evaluated after the treatment.Results The treatment group showed an improvement in respiratory symptoms and signs compared with those in control group (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Inhalation of pulmicort respules, combivent and ambroxol hydrochloride suspension is effective and convenient on AECOPD with few side effect.%目的 探讨普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦雾化吸人治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效.方法 112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,两组均采用综合治疗.治疗组加用普米克令舒、可必特、沐舒坦雾化吸入,两组治疗后对症状、体征改善时间进行比较.结果 治疗组在缓解喘憋、减少哮鸣音及咳嗽持续时问与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论 普米克令舒、可必特、沭舒坦雾化吸入治疗AECOPD患者有显著疗效,且方便、简单、安全,值得推广使用.
