Objective To investigate the association of CYP1A2 polymorphisms with susceptibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method 80 smorking patients with COPD( COPD group ) and 74 normal smoking subjects( control group ) were investigated, we examined CYP1A2 polymorphisms in -163C > A with PCK-KFLP. Result The distribution of genotypes ( C/A,AA ) with CYP1A2 showed no significant differences between two groups( x2 = 3. 090,0. 253 , P = 0. 079,0. 615 ). But the genotype CC and alleles frequencies showed statistically significant difference between the COPD group and the control group( x2 - 6. 073 , P - 0. 014 for the former; x2 -6. 440, P = 0. 011 for the latter). Conclusion Polymorphism of CYP1A2 -163 were possibly in susceptibility to COPD .%目的 探讨细胞色素P450酶1A2(CYP1A2)基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)遗传易感性的关系.方法 应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法 对年龄、性别、吸烟史相匹配的80例COPD患者(病例组)和74例健康对照者(对照组)CYP1A2 -163C＞A位点的基因多态性进行检测.结果 CYP1A2 -163C＞A位点AA及A/C基因型在两组中分布差异无统计学意义(x2=3.090、0.253,P=0.079、0.615);CC基因型在两组中分布差异有统计学意义(x2=6.073,P=0.014);两组中A和C等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(x2=6.440,P=0.011).结论 CYP1A2 -163 C＞A位点基因多态性与COPD遗传易感性可能有关.
