营养风险筛查与COPD患者预后分析

     

摘要

目的 探究营养风险对COPD患者预后的影响效果.方法 对2011年上半年来我院诊疗的77名COPD患者进行分组临床试验,按意愿分成实验组与对照组两组.对照组37例,采用NRS 2002进行营养风险筛查,但并不给予临床营养支持;实验组40例,采用NRS 2002进行营养筛查,对有营养风险患者给予临床营养支持,对比分析其对患者预后的影响.结果 分析显示已有营养风险的患者住院时间较无风险患者更长,并发症发生率更高,且接受营养支持可改善临床结局,住院时间及并发症发生率大幅减小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 营养情况对患者预后有明显影响,有必要对每一位入院患者进行营养风险筛查,并根据筛查结果,采取相应措施.%Objective To explore the influence on prognosis of nutrition risk screening on COPD patients. Methods 77 COPD patients, who agreed to sign the clinical trials informed consent, were divided into the experimental group ( n=37 ) and the control group. Nutrition risk screening was performed by NRS 2002 in the control group without nutrition support, while the experimental group also a-dopted NRS 2002 to have nutrition risk screening with nutrition support. The prognostic effect were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The analysis indicated that the duration of hospital stay of patients with nutritional risk was longer than those without nutritional risk, and the former had a higher incidence of complications than the latter did. The duration of hospital stay and the incidence of complications were better improved through nutrition support with statistical significance ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The condition of nutrition has an obvious effect on patients'prognosis. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt nutrition risk screening to every patients and take the corresponding measures according to the screening results.
