目的 探讨老年人肺癌的临床诊断和病理特点.方法分析收治的≥60岁肺癌215例临床资料.结果 老年人肺癌占同期肺癌的60.9%(215/353).临床表现主要有咳嗽(68.8%)、咯血(37.7%)、胸痛(24.2%),听诊局部呼吸音降低和/或湿啰音(56.3%).约15.8%病人无症状而在体检时发现.误诊漏诊率为16.7%.结论 部分老年人肺癌缺乏特异的症状体征,易发生漏诊和误诊,早期诊断非常重要.%Objective To investigate the clinical peculiarity and the pathological characteristics of aged patients with lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 215 aged patients with lung cancer, who were older than 60 years old, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The aged patients with lung cancer took up 60. 9% ( 215/353 ) of the total patients with lung cancer at the same period. The clinical manifestations mainly included cough ( 68. 8% ), hemoptysis ( 37. 1% ), chest pain ( 24. 2% ) and partial reduced respiratory murmur with/or moist rales ( 56. 3% ). 15. 8% of the patients had no typical symptoms when they were confirmed diagnosed as lung cancer through physical examination. The mis-diagnostic rate was 16. 7% . Conclusion The initial symptoms of some aged patients with lung cancer are not typical and could be easily misdiagnosed. It is important to identify those symptoms at early stage.
