目的：探讨空气质量、气象因子等环境因素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)、冠心病患者住院的影响。方法收集2009至2013年上海一所区中心医院每日收治住院的慢阻肺以及冠心病的病例数与住院当天(d0)、前三天(d-3)的空气质量、气象因子等环境因素进行研究，探讨其中的一些相关因素。结果分析结果发现：慢阻肺患者每日住院总人次与住院当天的PM10、SO2数值呈正相关性，与NO2、平均气压、平均湿度数值呈负相关。与住院前三天当日的SO2数值呈正相关性，与前三天当日的日平均气温、平均气压，平均湿度、NO2数值呈负相关。冠心病患者每日住院总人次与住院当天的NO2数值呈正相关，与SO2数值呈负相关。与住院前三天当日的PM10、NO2数值呈现正相关性，与前三天当日的SO2的数值呈负相关。结论慢阻肺、冠心病患者的住院与空气质量存在相关性，慢阻肺患者住院同时易受到气温、气压、湿度等气象因子的影响。%Objective To discuss the influence of environmental factors, including air quality and meteoro-logical factor, on inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and coronary heart disease. Methods The data of air quality and meteorological factor were collected 3-day before hospitalization and on admission for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and coronary heart disease from 2009 to 2013. Results On admission for COPD patients, PM10 was positively correlated with SO2 , and negatively correlated with NO2 , average air pressure and average humidity. Moreover, it was positively correlated with SO2 during the first three days, and negatively cor-related with daily average temperature, average air pressure, average humidity and NO2 during the first three days. The hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were in positive correlation with the NO2 of the very day, but in negative correlation with SO2 . Furthermore, it was negatively correlated with SO2 during the first three days and posi-tively correlated with PM10 and NO2 during the first three days. Conclusion The hospitalization of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and coronary heart disease is related to the air quality, and the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may be impacted by the temperature, air pressure, humidity, etc. during the hospitalization.
