血浆B型脑钠肽水平与急性毛细支气管炎合并充血性心衰患儿心功能的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation of B-type natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and cardiac func-tion of children with acute bronchiolitis complicated with congestive heart failure. Methods 80 hospitalized children were selected in this study, which included 40 cases of bronchiolitis and 40 cases of bronchiolitis complicated with a-cute congestive heart failure. Their serum BNP, LVEF and LVFS were analyzed. Results There were significant difference in BNP, LVEF and LVFS between the two groups, and BNP was negatively correlated with LVEF and LVFS in the heart failure group. Conclusion Plasma brain natriuretic peptide can be used to evaluate bronchiolitis complicated with congestive heart failure.%目的：探讨血浆B型脑钠肽( BNP)水平与毛细支气管炎合并急性充血性心力衰竭患儿心功能的相关性。方法选择2011年11月至2014年3月期间的住院患儿80例，其中诊断毛细支气管炎患儿40例作为对照组，诊断毛细支气管炎合并急性充血性心力衰竭患儿40例作为心衰组，分析两组患儿血清BNP、心脏彩超左室射血分数( LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率( LVFS)。结果心衰组与对照组患儿的BNP、LVEF、LVFS有显著差异，且心衰组患儿BNP与LVEF、LVFS均呈负相关。结论血浆脑钠肽可作为毛细支气管炎合并心衰患儿诊断及病情评估的客观指标。
