肺炎支原体肺炎患儿炎症细胞因子及其与ESR的相关性

摘要

目的 观察肺炎支原体肺炎患儿炎症细胞因子和ESR水平,并探讨其相关性.方法 以2014年3月-2016年3月我院治疗的200例支原体肺炎患儿为观察对象,同时选取100例非肺炎儿童作为对照组.比较两组及不同感染程度的支原体肺炎患儿白介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏反应C蛋白(hs-CRP)水平及红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平的差异,分析ESR与IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-6、hs-CRP水平的相关性.结果 肺炎支原体肺炎组患儿IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-6、hs-CRP及ESR水平分别为21.98±3.65pg/mL、6.43±1.85μg/L、48.25±9.58pg/m、6.63±1.35mg/L和51.32±5.63mm/h,均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症感染的支原体肺炎患儿IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-6、hs-CRP水平及ESR水平均高于非重症者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);ESR水平与IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-6、hs-CRP水平明显正相关,具有统计学意义(r=0.356,0.412,0.39,0.423,2P<0.05).结论 支原体肺炎患儿血清IL-10、IFN-γ、IL-6、hs-CRP水平和ESR水平均较高,且上述指标间密切相关,可作为临床重要的监测指标.%Objective To investigate the changes of inflammatory cytokines and ESR levels in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and their correlation. Methods 200 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the observation objects, and 100 healthy children were selected as the control group. Their interleukin 10 (IL-10), interferon gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR) were compared, and the correlation of ESR with IL-10, IFN -γ, IL-6 and hs-CRP was analyzed. Results The levels of IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-6, hs-CRP and ESR in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were 21. 98 ± 3. 65pg/mL, 6. 43 ± 1. 85μg/L, 48. 25 ± 9. 58pg/m,6. 63 ±1. 35mg/L and 51. 32 ±5. 63mm/h, which were all higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The levels of IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-6, hs-CRP and ESR in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia were significantly higher than those in non severe cases (P<0. 05). ESR levels were significantly positively correlated with IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-6 and hs-CRP levels (r=0. 356, 0. 412, 0. 39, 0. 423, P<0. 05). Conclusion The levels of serum IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-6, hs-CRP and ESR in children with mycoplasma pneumonia are relatively higher, and the indexes are closely related, which could be used as important monitoring indexes.
