目的 探讨全方位护理对重症监护室患者家属迁移应激的影响.方法 将急危重症患者的60名陪护家属按临床护理干预方法不同分为实验组和对照组,各30例.对照组针对家属开展常规护理,实验组制定和开展全方位护理方案,观察2周.于干预前后分别采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、家属应激量表评估家属的焦虑、抑郁程度及心理应激状态;干预后采用重症监护室转出患者家属迁移应激量表评估家属的迁移应激水平.结果 干预后两组家属焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、家属应激量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P＜0 .01) ,实验组显著低于对照组(P＜0 .01) .干预后,实验组重症监护室转出患者家属迁移应激量表总分及迁移准备、家属压力、患者自护能力及迁移满意度维度分显著高于对照组(P＜0 .01).结论 全方位护理能有效改善重症监护室患者家属的不良心理状态及应激状态,可明显降低迁移应激水平.%Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on migratory stress of family mem- bers of inpatients in ICU .Methods 60 cases of accompanying family members of critically ill patients w ere divided into experimental g roup and control group according to different clinical nursing intervention methods ,w ith 30 cases in each g roup .T he control group carried out routine nursing for the family mem- bers ,and the experimental group developed a comprehensive nursing prog ram for 2 w eeks .Before and af- ter intervention ,the SAS ,the SDS and the FRSS were used to assess the anxiety ,depression and psycho- logical stress of family members .After intervention , the FRSS w as used to assess the relocation stress level of family members .Results The scores of SAS ,SDS and FRSS in the two groups were significantly low er than those before intervention ( P＜0 .01) ,but the experimental group w as significantly low er than that in the control group ( P＜0 .01).Af ter intervention ,the FRSS total score and the dimension scores of migration preparation ,family pressure ,patient self-care ability and migration satisfaction of the experi- mental group w ere significantly higher than those of the control g roup ( P＜0 .01).Conclusions Compre- hensive nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychological state and stress state of family members of intensive care unit patients ,and can significantly reduce the level of migration stress .
