目的 探讨痴呆伴有精神行为症状不同亚综合征及其与认知功能障碍的关联性.方法对80例老年痴呆患者采用精神行为症状评估量表、简易智力检测量表、临床痴呆分级量表进行测评分析.结果 痴呆患者存在精神病性、情感、激越、脱抑制行为及淡漠等精神行为障碍.痴呆患者的脱抑制行为因子与定向力呈显著负相关(P＜0 .05) ,淡漠因子与简易智力检测量表总分及各因子分均呈显著负相关(P＜0 .05) ;脱抑制行为因子不具有合理的线性方程,而精神病性因子、激越因子、情感因子、淡漠因子的线性方程也并不完善,其中淡漠因子的回归方程决定系数(0 .440)最高,而简易智力检测量表总分与受教育程度可以代入方程,且具有显著相关性(P＜0 .05) .结论 痴呆导致的精神行为症状包括精神病性、情感、激越、脱抑制行为、淡漠等,其中淡漠因子与认知功能具有显著相关性.%Objective To investigate the relationship between different sub-syndromes and cognitive dys- function in patients with dementia and mental disorder .Methods 80 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were assessed by the Mental Behavior Symptom Assessment Scale ,the Simple Intelligence Test Scale ,and the Clinical Dementia Grading Scale .Results Dementia patients had mental behavioral disorders such as psychosis ,emotion ,agitation ,derepression behavior and apathy .Derepression behavior factor in patients w ith dementia had a higher correlation w ith orientation ( P＜0 .05).T here w as a significant correlation be- tw een the apathy factor and the total score and each factor score of the Simple Intelligence T est Scale ( P＜0 .05).T he derepression behavior factor had no reasonable linear equation ,and the linear equations of psy- chotic factors ,agitation factors ,affective factors ,and apathy factors w ere not perfect .T he regression co- efficient of the apathy factor was the highest (0 .440).The total score of the Simple Intelligence Test Scale and the degree of education can be substituted into the equation and had significant correlation ( P＜0 .05). Conclusion Sy mptom s of mental behavior caused by dementia include psychosis ,emotion ,agitation ,de- repression behavior ,apathy ,and so on ,among w hich apathy factors have significant correlation w ith cog- nitive function .
