医学期刊编辑职业倦怠及心理健康状况调查

摘要

Objective To explore the occupational burnout and mental health status of medical journal edi- tors .Methods 63 cases of medical journal editors were selected as the research subjects by random sam- pling method ,and their mental health status w as assessed by SCL-90 .MBI-HSS w as used to assess the deg ree of burnout ,and compared w ith the norm .Results T here w as no statistically significant difference betw een the total score of the sy mptom self-rating scale and the domestic norm in this group ( P＞0 .05) , w hile the scores of anxiety ,compulsive sy mptom s and interpersonal sensitivity factors w ere significantly higher than the domestic norm (P＜0 .01) ,and there was no statistically significant difference between the other factors and the domestic norm ( P＞0 .05).In this group ,the score of M aslach burnout scale-hu- man service version of emotional ex haustion and dehumanization dimension w as significantly higher than that of M aslach norm ( P＜0 .01) ,w hile the score of low sense of accomplishment dimension w as signifi- cantly lower than that of M aslach norm ( P＜0 .01).Conclusion Editors of medical journals have good mental health ,but there are still some psychological problems ,such as job burnout ,anxiety ,obsessive- compulsive sy mptom s and interpersonal sensitivity ,w hich should be streng thened to further improve their mental health .%目的 探讨医学期刊编辑职业倦怠及心理健康状况.方法 采用随机抽样方法选取63名医学期刊编辑为研究对象,采用症状自评量表评定其心理健康状况,采用M aslach工作倦怠量表-人类服务版评定其职业倦怠程度,并与常模进行对比分析.结果 本组被试症状自评量表总分与国内常模比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0 .05) ,焦虑、强迫症状、人际关系敏感因子分显著高于国内常模(P＜0 .01) ,其余因子分与国内常模比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0 .05).本组被试M aslach工作倦怠量表-人类服务版情感衰竭及去人性化维度评分显著高于M aslach常模( P＜0 .01) ,低成就感维度评分显著低于M aslach常模(P＜0 .01) .结论 医学期刊编辑人员心理健康状况良好,但仍存在有不同程度的职业倦怠及焦虑、强迫症状、人际关系敏感等心理问题,应加强心理素质的培养,进一步提高其心理健康水平.
