Objective To study the clinical efficacy of etoricoxib com bined w ith glucosamine sulfate on knee osteoarthritis .Methods 103 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the obser‐vation group (52 cases) and control group (51 cases).Both groups were treated with etoricoxib .T he ob‐servation group w as treated w ith glucosamine sulfate for 25 d to 28 d.Before and after treatment ,the clin‐ical effect and adverse reactions of the tw o groups w ere determined by the Western Great Lakes M cM aster Osteoarthritis Scale .Results The total effective rate was 96 .15% in the observation group and 82 .35% in the control group .T he total effective rate of the observation group w as significantly higher than that of the control group ( P＜0 .05).Af ter treatment ,the scores of the Western Great Lakes M cM aster Osteoarthri‐tis Scale w ere significantly low er than before treatment ( P＜0 .01).T he observation g roup decreased more significantly than the control group ( P＜0 .01).T here w as no significant difference in the incidence of ad‐verse reactions betw een the two groups ( P＞0 .05 ).Conclusion Etoricoxib combined with glucosamine sulfate is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ,and does not increase the adverse reactions of pa‐tients ,and is w orthy of clinical application .%目的 探讨依托考昔联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法将103例膝关节骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法观察组52例与对照组51例.两组均给予依托考昔治疗,观察组联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察25 d—28 d .治疗前后采用西大略湖麦克马斯特骨性关节炎量表定两组的临床效果,并统计不良反应发生状况.结果 观察组总有效率为96 .15%,对照组为82 .35%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组( P＜0 .05 ) .治疗后两组西大略湖麦克马斯特骨性关节炎量表评分均显著低于治疗前(P＜0 .01) ,观察组较对照组下降更显著(P＜0 .01).两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0 .05).结论 依托考昔联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,且不增加患者的不良反应,值得临床推广应用.
