脑卒中并发高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷26例临床资料分析

摘要

目的：探讨脑卒中并发高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷的临床治疗效果。方法对26例脑卒中并发高渗性非酮症糖尿病昏迷患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗过程中高渗状态完全纠正25例，存活20例。死亡原因：脑功能衰竭3例，多脏器功能衰竭4例，重度感染3例，肾功能衰竭2例。结论本病早期识别与早期诊断很关键，及时补液治疗能显著改善预后。%Objective To explore the clinical treatment effectiveness of stroke patients with hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma (HNDC). Methods Clinical data of 26 stroke patients with HNDC were retro-spectively analyzed. Results Hypertonic state of 25 patients completely corrected in the process of treat-ment ,20 ones survived. Causes of death were that 3 patients died of brain function failure ,3 multiorgan function failure ,3 severe infection ,and 2 renal failure. Conclusion Early recognition and diagnosis the disease is important ,timely fluid replacement could significantly improve prognosis.
