老年精神病患者白细胞减少症临床资料分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical features of leukopenia in senile mental patients in order to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Retrospective analyses of leukopenia clinical data of 40 senile psychiat-ric patients were conducted.Results Clinical symptoms of the patients were complex,17.5% of the pa-tients had no any clinical symptoms;antipsychotic use status was that two patients weren’t treated,17 were treated with single drug,and 21 with drug combination;antipsychotic use time was 21 days in 33 pa-tients (82.5%)and ≥21 in 5 ones (12.5%).Fourteen patients were complicated with infection,5 ones were grave infection whose prognoses were uncertainty,the others returned to normal after treatment. Conclusion Clinical symptoms of leukopenia in senile mental patients are complex and most emerge in the initial stage of medication and in the combination of varied antipsychotics,concurrent infection rate is higher,and attentions should be paid to WBC monitoring.%目的：了解老年精神病患者白细胞减少症的临床特征，为临床诊治提供依据。方法对40例老年精神病白细胞减少症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者临床症状复杂，其中17.5%的患者无任何临床症状；抗精神病药物应用状况：未应用2例、单用17例、联用21例；应用抗精神病药物时间<21 d33例(82.5%)、≥21 d5例(12.5%)。本组合并感染14例，其中重症感染5例预后不定，其余患者经治疗后均恢复正常。结论老年精神病白细胞减少症临床症状复杂，多发生在用药初期，以联用多种抗精神病药物者居多，合并感染率较高，临床上应重视白细胞的监测。
